About Tracy Tracy has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and holds an Associate Degree in Surveying and Construction Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from The University of Akron.Formerly a successful CASE franchise owner, Tesmer’s career has involved building projects ranging from homes, roads and bridges, to skyscrapers and hospitals. He started early with hands-on experience by working his way through college as a carpenter and an engineering technician. A large part of Tracy's career was spent with McDonald’s restaurants, overseeing various construction, remodeling, and real estate acquisition activities.
