            Initial Consultation

Meeting with Tracy Tesmer at no charge for you to review design options in order to confirm final design and budget

Preliminary Design and Feasibility Study

Developing design needs with existing structure, identifying zoning restrictions, defining scope for final plan and creating preliminary floor  plans and elevations

Construction Documents Creation

Design review with mechanical and structure experts during walk-through with Tracy Tesmer Design Remodeling Project Manager

Construction Process

Permits procured by Tracy Tesmer Design Remodeling, project flowcharts created, coordination of inspections, client review of project completion for sign off of work

Throughout the construction process, you receive communications from your Project Manager at Tracy Tesmer Design/Remodeling to keep you apprised of the project’s progress.
