Tracy Tesmer has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and holds an Associate Degree in Surveying and Construction Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from The University of Akron.
Formerly a successful CASE franchise owner, Tracy’s career has involved building projects ranging from homes, roads and bridges, to skyscrapers and hospitals. He started early with hands-on experience working his way through college as a carpenter and an engineering technician. A large part of Tracy’s career was spent with McDonald’s restaurants, overseeing various construction, remodeling, and real estate acquisition activities.
Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from Samford University and a Master’s degree in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia. Although she worked in marketing research for several years after graduation, her true passion has always been in design. Sara designed her first bathroom in 2004, and since then has been studying design and gaining hands-on experience in residential remodeling and design. She joined Tracy’s team in May of 2016. Her background in psychology and insights, along with her design talent and knowledge, help her truly understand clients’ needs and bring their dream rooms to life.
Charles has lived in the North Georgia area for over 30 years. He is a veteran of the US Navy and studied Business and Economics at North Georgia College. He started working with Tracy Tesmer in 2003 after many years of experience in residential remodeling. Charles is our lead project manager and works to make sure residential and office remodeling projects are well organized and go as smoothly as possible.
Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art from the University of Georgia, and her background integrates multiple disciplines from art and science to landscaping and construction. With experience since 1999 in office work and visual communications, her versatility helps make the business office function efficiently. She is a Gainesville native and is familiar with properties in and around Hall County. Rachel enjoys helping clients throughout the remodel process from initial remodeling inquiry to project completion.
