Tracy Tesmer


Tracy Tesmer has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and holds an Associate Degree in Surveying and Construction Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from The University of Akron.

Formerly a successful CASE franchise owner, Tracy’s career has involved building projects ranging from homes, roads and bridges, to skyscrapers and hospitals. He started early with hands-on experience working his way through college as a carpenter and an engineering technician. A large part of Tracy’s career was spent with McDonald’s restaurants, overseeing various construction, remodeling, and real estate acquisition activities.

Rachel Sisk

Business Manager

Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art from the University of Georgia, and her background integrates multiple disciplines from art and science to landscaping and construction.  With experience since 1999 in office work and visual communications, her versatility helps make the business office function efficiently.  She is a Gainesville native and is familiar with properties in and around Hall County. Rachel joined Tracy Tesmer Design/Remodeling in November of 2018 and enjoys helping clients throughout the remodel process from initial remodeling inquiry to project completion.

Charles Rogers

Project Manager

Charles has lived in the North Georgia area for over 30 years. He is a veteran of the US Navy and studied Business and Economics at North Georgia College. He started working with Tracy Tesmer in 2003 after many years of experience in residential remodeling. Charles is our lead project manager and works to make sure residential and office remodeling projects are well organized and go as smoothly as possible.

Dean Page

Project Manager

Dean joined the TTDR team in May 2022.  He conducts site measures, helps with permitting jobs, as well as many other tasks on-site and in the office during construction.  Dean was initially brought on as a design-build assistant and has quickly adapted to project management with his prior construction and HVAC experience. 

Lance Rogers

Assistant Project Manager

Lance has been working with TTDR since 2015.  He is a major part of the construction team, overseeing site preparation, demo, and clean up.  He also assists with finish carpentry, meets with building inspectors, and acts as assistant to the project managers. 

Camilla Ribeiro de Abreu


Camilla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Brasilia and a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. She is originally from Brazil and is excited to design and work with commercial and residential clients of Northeast Georgia.  Camilla speaks both English and Portuguese fluently.  After working for a hospitality-focused architecture and interior design firm based in New York City, Camilla’s goal for TTDR clients is to provide them with an elegance and grace in her custom designs. She believes that a good design combines functionality and beauty. She joined Tracy’s team in July of 2022.


Matthew Holcomb

Remodeling Specialist

Matthew came on board with TTDR March of 2022.  His skill and craftsmanship bring an exciting level of excellence to the team.  Matthew is also able to expertly complete some handyman projects when he is not assisting with design-build construction.

Tammy Doyle

Office Manager

Eastanollee, GA native, Tammy Doyle, joined the TTDR team in February 2023.  She earned her Bachelor’s of Science from Brenau University in Gainesville with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration. Tammy has 35 years of experience in the accounting field and brings with her a wide variety of knowledge and experience in accounting and management.  She is a published Author. Her first book, “Samantha’s Story Living with Chronic Ulcerative Colitis,” aims to help people struggling with chronic illnesses, and was published in 2015. Her writing skills will be put to good use helping create blog articles for remodeling.
