    We focus on full design-build remodeling projects. However, we do offer handyman services for smaller needs as well. We are happy to discuss your project, scope of work, and come up with a plan that best fits your needs.

    Timelines vary by project scope. A bathroom remodel may take 3–6 weeks in the construction phase, while a full kitchen or home addition can take 3–6 months or more. Our process includes detailed scheduling so you know what to expect before work begins.

  • How is your quote different from a standard estiamte?

    Unlike a standard estimate based on rough scope, our quotes are based on an approved design we develop with you. That means the price you receive reflects the actual project with no vague allowances and no hidden surprises. We price after design, not before it so you get an accurate price before we begin working on the construction phase.

  • Do I need to have a design ready before I contact you?

    Not at all. Many clients come to us with only a general idea of what they want. Our team will guide you through design choices, materials, and scope. Our consultation and design phases are structured specifically to assist with getting a design created to make your next project a reality.
