About this project
Perfectly Spacious: A 2020 Kitchen Remodel in Northeast GA
Room to Cook, Gather, and Truly Spread Out
A generous kitchen changes everything. There is space to cook without feeling crowded, room for family and friends to gather, and a sense of ease that comes from having exactly the space you need. This 2020 remodel was designed around that idea, a perfectly spacious kitchen that makes the most of every square foot while staying warm, welcoming, and beautifully livable.
As a custom design and remodeling firm serving Gainesville and the greater North Georgia region since 1999, Tracy Tesmer Design and Remodeling believes your kitchen is the heart of your home. A full remodel can breathe new life into your cooking space, and this Perfectly Spacious project shows how smart design can open up a kitchen and make it feel as generous as it is inviting.
A Sense of Space in Every Direction
The defining quality of this kitchen is its openness. Warm, natural color tones keep the expansive space feeling soft and inviting rather than empty, creating an atmosphere that is both roomy and comfortable. The palette enhances the sense of light and scale, giving the entire kitchen a relaxed, open feel that makes everyday life easier.
Sleek, Modern Features Throughout
A spacious kitchen deserves features that live up to it. Throughout the room, we added clean, modern fixtures, considered lighting, and refined finishes that bring a polished, contemporary edge. Every element was chosen to complement the open layout, adding both style and function without ever crowding the generous space.
Designed for the Way You Move Through the Room
Great space is only as good as how you use it. That is why every layout, storage, and workflow decision was made to take full advantage of the room. Ample counters, smart storage, and an intuitive flow give the kitchen a comfortable rhythm, so cooking, gathering, and cleanup all feel effortless no matter how busy things get.
Full-Service Design-Build Craftsmanship
As a design-build remodeler, we manage the entire process under one roof, from the first design concept to the final finishing detail. That means a smoother experience, clearer communication, and a finished kitchen that stays true to the vision we create together. For more than two decades, North Georgia homeowners have trusted us to deliver custom results with quality and care they can rely on.
